About a year ago I flew out to San Diego (from NJ) to participate in one
of the best intensive learning labs that I have ever attended in my 20
years in the field of training and organization development. The
facilitator was Sue Miller Hurst, advisor to the Center for Organizational
Learning at M.I.T. and a core facilitator in their Dialogue Project.

I subsequently attended a three day here in NJ.

I mention this to let you know that if you have the opportunity to
participate in any of Ms. Hurst's workshops it will be worth every penny
you pay for it (and then some) All of us who attended both of her
offerings agreed that they were life-altering experiences.
