I was wondering if anyone knows of any really good web sites or listservs
that are internationally focused. I am working on a project and am trying
to reach CEO's VP's and HR Directors overseas, that work for international
companies. I am in the process of putting together an International
Conference on Using Competency-Based Tools and Applications to Drive
Organizational Performance in the Fall to take place in Brussels, Belguim
and would like some insight as to what speakers they are interested in
hearing, conference session tracks etc... If anyone knows of good
