The IJOA is seeking nominations of scholars for
Assistant or Associate Editors who will be in charge of
reviewing manuscripts in the following areas:

1. Organizational Behavior and Organization Theory
2. Strategic Management
3. International Management

The IJOA is a scholarly journal which publishes original theoretical and
empirical articles dealing with the national and international issues in
the following areas: (1) Business and society, (2) Strategic management,
(3) Organization theory, (4) Organizational behavior, (5) Human resource
management. It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations,
teaching cases, and book reviews. It is published in January, April,
July, and October. Manuscripts must be prepared strictly according to the
1994 edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological
Association and will be reviewed by double-blind review process. Four
copies of the manuscripts and requests for other details should be
addressed to the Editor.
