I am trying to track down any information anyone might have on working
with police forces in relation to major change programs. I am
particularly interested in any work done or known concerning moving the
culture and mind-set from the traditional regulatory/enforcement approach
to one of prevention - from reactive to proactive.
Has anyone out there done any work along these lines or know of anybody
who has - or do you know of any articles/research????
