I think of completion in this context as "getting a conversation
complete." It might be a private conversation about someone else like the
kinds of things we mutter under our breaths.

For me, a conversation of mine gets complete when it no longer grips me.
So a relationship with even someone who is dead can get complete.... but
not the relationship in some abstract form. Instead, the conversation
inside the relationship.

This conversation only makes sense in a domain that assumes that "human
beings and human organizations are networks of conversations."
Conversations within both humans and organizations are born, live for a
while and then die.

Any thoughts?
