We have begun to combine value activities with activities using an
offspring of 'dialogue'. As people talk and begin to share their
assumptions around their 'actions' during the exercises people begin to
expose and share some of their deeper help values. We look for
commonality to begin the process of building the shared values (underlying
principles) for the group/organization. Depending upon the level of (i
hate to use this word sometimes) trust .... the time it takes to do this
seems to vary. We have just begun the process and the revisiting part is
ahead of us.
