Steven, thanks for your wonderful post. I will use it for many hours
of development for extracting principles of design for productive
human organisations. I will also review the basic science thinking
underneath it. Even though my main interest is useful metaphors and
analogies for organisational design, I like to get the science right.
I also want to emphasis what I consider to be the importance of
community based development. By that I mean to expand what we
consider communities to be, to explore their nature and to
incorporate these in our personal, social and economic systems.
