Perhaps I miscommunicated in my message, Rick, but I was thinking of _The
Goal_ and _It's Not Luck_, both by Goldratt. Of course, one could not go
wrong by adding in _Competing for the Future_ as well. I'll be more
precise in the future when snipping really good stuff...
