I would expect a number of Buddhists would argue against this. The clear
mind is a state saught through meditation. Never-the-less I find it helpful
to step back and reflect quietly on any client engagement. I call it centering
myself before tackling any complex situation. I am more ready to cope
with turmoil after a mind dump.
