After reading the thread on business and layoffs, I thought that it would
be appropriate to contribute. Through our Center, we have been working on
trying to better understand the organizational dynamics at play in recent
years in this country. Our work has resulted in a series of causal
relationship loops that might be beneficial to the conversation. The most

We believe that by examining the loop relationships, we can begin to track
