Another good book that uses game theory and applys it directly to
management situations, like a general discussion about joint ventures, is
"Why Firms Succeed", John Kay, Oxford University Press,
New York, Oxford, 1995.
This book is based on John Kay's book "Foundation of Corporate Success",
published in UK 1993. However, it is more than a translation of that book
to the US-conditions, and it takes advantage of the opportunity ow writing
the book that really should have been written in the first place.
