My genertal position about tests is that if they do not help in very clear
and effective way in the development of the individuals being tested, then
no learning is taking place. Only frustration is present, because the
only objective being achieved is that of separating the "good" from the
"bad." Standardized Tests just accomplish this (or it night how we use
them?).
