I noticed myself reacting to the words Misery, Failure and Frustration.
When we are able to see that those Judgements (Misery, Failure and
Frustration) are products of our minds rather than FACTS, we are better
able to see them as part of normal life for human beings, and we will
spend more of our time asking ourselves 'Now what?' rather than dwelling
on the so-called Miseries, Failures and Frustrations that we seem to find
ourselves in.
