In my original reply to Ginger regarding the use of the Dutchman game in
response to her commentary of American competition over cooperation, I
offered to send her the source via email if she was interested. In the
space of a day, I have received numerous inquiries from list members for
the source, so I believe that it serves the best interests of our
membership to post it publicly and get it into the reference archive for
