goal.

It seems that the primary purpose of 360 degree, or peer feedback, is to
fix the individual rather than to accomplish a team goal. I agree with
your statement that the focus on a shared goal will make it easier for the
individual to hear the feedback. You have expanded my thinking and
understanding.
