Barry noted the shared importance of content and process. To this it is
essential to add the third leg of the stool: context.

Context is the one thing that can be dealt with before the group convenes,
and to which quality attention can be given, so that anything that
clarifies and articulates the context ahead of time (choosing only
noncontroversial material likely to be edifying, enabling, and focusing)
is an investment to help group time pay off.

This idea has been thoroughly embedded in the design of the Interactive
Management system, along with content and process articulation.
