BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY TO HOST
NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BUSINESS CHANGE

Examining corporate change and how to manage it will be the focus
of the second annual Best Practices in Organization Development and
Change Conference on March 7-8, 1996.

The conferences intent is to create a forum for interaction and
discussion on ways and means to best implement new organization
practices. Representatives from companies that have successful
implemented changes will share their insights and experiences.

Speakers will represent such companies as Motorola--Cellular
Infrastructure Group of Rolling Meadows, IL; CompuServe, Inc. of
Columbus, OH; Sun Microsystems Corp. of Mountain View, CA; Owens Corning
Fiberglass of Toledo, OH; Unisys of Blue Bell, PA; Banc One Ohio Corp. of
Columbus, OH; Harley Davidson, Inc. of Milwaukee, WI; The Andersons of
Maumee, OH; Levis Strauss & Co. of Mill Valley, CA; Ford Motor Co. of
Dearborn, MI; General Motors Corp. of Detroit; and General Mills of
Toledo, OH.

Dr. Milt Hakel, Ohio eminent scholar of industrial organizational
psychology at Bowling Green and Dr. Dianna Stone, associate professor of
management at State University of New York at Albany, are scheduled
speakers from the academic field.
