I'm discussing the establishment of a CIR/Government Reengineering Unit in
the Phil. [Host: Philippines I think] with a few other people. I'm
familiar with some of your posts so if you'd like a copy of one of my
messages that I wrote, I could email it to you.
Does anyone have experience with doing this? For which countries? Any
ideas on how to customize the approach to the cross-cultural differences
for each country?
