Since you use capitals, I presume that Community Memory is a formal
or documented technique. I would appreciate more details such as
bibliography, or at least an explanation.

It reminds me of an old Monty Python sketch, which I believe was
titled "Word Association Football". The monologue took the listener
along unbelievable topical routes. I realise now that it is a variant of
hypertext, extremely powerful if productively used.
