Actually, the research I referred to showed that 1st generation Asian
children performed better than American children in American classrooms.
The same research showed that even among 100% Asian children, the
difference had virtually disappeared for kids who were third generation
immigrants. (That can't be a logically correct phrase, but you know what
I mean.)
