That would be a sort of Frequently Asked Questions list. However, it
possibly would be more like an environment overview and viewpoint
identifier than answers to questions that are often asked.

Some questions that might be interesting are

How do the disciplines of a learning organization relate to TQM?
What are verified achievements of furthering learning in
organizations?
How can job-related learning be increased without personal-interest
learning taking emphasis?
What are verified indications that learning is needed?
How are different business fields likely to be differently affected
through increased learning?
Is "learning" really what is most meant or to we also mean the
freedom to think and maybe even freedom itself?
Also, how can all of this stuff really cause our employers to
benefit? :)
