I'm not sure if you should be acknowledging me prematurely, but thanks for
looking up my message and taking the time to reply to my message from a
month back. I've still got a long way to go before I can deal honestly on
a win/win basis with more than 10 people. The general goal is to honestly
develop learning in people.

I am sure you have the requisite skills necessary to navigate the tricky
world of educational institutions. If you can elucidate any of those
"implicit" principles that you use as your "guide" I'd really appreciate
if you could give me "an insiders look" at them. I want to do some more
Master's and doctoral level work at a land-grant university so I'd
appreciate it if you could give me some insights into "the system" before
I choose a university to attend.

Hopefully I can make a difference at one of these educational
institutions.
