Yes, maybe I can help.

I have worked as a project leader in a change project at Asea Brown Boveri
which participants represented sales, dispatch, production, production
planning, purchasing departmant heads. The process was intended to raise
the delivery performance and was successful because we could shift the
thinking from a departmant-focussed point of view to a company-focussed
point of view. A few indicators for changes are: change of language
(common language), coining of common terms, number of informal
interactions, decrease of overall failure rate, less letters between
departmants, extensive use of internal consultation. If you want I give
you more information on the process and the actual changes....
