thread.
I wish to add to previous comments I typed that I am not refering to
monetary rewards per se. There is much information available--from the
Conference Board, for instance (Conference Board Report #1008: Recognizing
Quality Achievement: Noncash Award Programs; or Conference Board Report
#1051: Innovative Reward and Recognition Strategies in TQM)--where
monetary rewards are clearly low or lowest on the list of recognition.
It's simply not what organization members want.
