As I read the thread about MBTI I thought of the Parker Team Player
Survey.
Barry Mallis wrote of his use of the instrument. I'd like to add my name
to the satisfied users of the instrument. Excellent tool for team
building. I've also used it in conjunction with Performax' Personal
Profile. These seem to compliment each other. I use neither as THE SOLE
Tool. Glen Parker also has a book out, (worth the read - basic stuff)
Team Players Team Workers (I think that's the title)
