As the Vice Chair for Business, Industry, and Consulting of the American
Society for Quality Control's Education Division (pretty spiff title,
huh?) I've been working at defining these metrics for the Quality
Sciences. With the groups permission, I'd like to put out a call to the
membership on ideas, then summarize them for posting.
