Not very often we get a magic wand - even in the New Year......
As far as culture and tone go .... my wish is for more of the same
- it is always a joy to read the dialogues which people have to
'observe' the learning which seems to be happening in the midst of
every conversation... and the care which people obviously use to
respond with openness.... thank you everyone.....
Wishing for topics ..... how about organisational design - what
would we create if we had a blank sheet?
..... and can I wish for more time to read the riches of the list
and to reply to all the ones I want to understand more.
I think that is my three wishes .... not so many after all.
