Hi all,

This is my first time in this forum after one mounth of silence.
I've found very interesting what you are talking about LO.

I'm interested in particular on "cognitive maps" and "schemas".
On the other hand I've a little answer that "walking around my mind":

we are talking about the "skill" of "to be able to learn", change and
empowerment itself.

So, are we thinking these "skill" as individual need or, (in my
opinion) need that are become "constructed reality"!

I suspect that even if "true" (individual need) the main reason to
increase and develop this policy, by organizations, would be only
in the "name of $$" rather than "human development".

Finally, doing that, we are working (working means = develop new theory)
for who? the boss? persons? glory? ourself? humanity?

What do you think about?

(I'm sorry for my bad english, I hope that its all clear for you)

Have nice day! (and happy new year)
