The above assumes that the future we hire people into jobs! If we start
abolishing the concept of the 'job' that creates more 'consultants' and
'temporary alliances' between companies and individuals. It's only recent
history (last century) that we've had jobs and the social structure was
setup to 'protect' the individual. Will the same 'protection' be offered
in the future? Can the governments afford that same level? Can
corporations?
For today, we may have to keep good job descriptions for people in jobs.
It doesn't mean we have to in the future!
