Replying to LO4493 --

Carold describes an organization, and then says, "This is a learning
organization. _They_ are learning at different levels, _They_ are learning
different things, _They_ are concerned about the same thing."

The underlines are mine to distinguish between the organization and its
members. The members may be learning, but that does not imply that the
organization is. An organization has perhaps become a LO when it has excellent
methods and values for sharing individuals' learnings and for gaining synergies
from the sharing process.
