Replying to LO4077 --

The learning organization has always been a part of every organization.
You can chose to reject that. If you do choose to reject that
perspective, then maybe you should go back and study the life cycle of
organizations.

Learning keeps an organization competitive, learning keeps an organization
from folding. Learning enables vision, learning enables projections,
learning enables us to make the decisions.

It's popular to say you are a part of a learning organization. It's
popular to say that you are implementing a learning organization. It's
popular to say so and so does not support a learning organization. You
have always been a part of it.
