To everyone on the learning-org network:
I just read Rick Karash's post thanking us for our contributions. I think
that rather than him thanking us, it's we who should be thanking him.
Moderating this list must be a big time sink, and Rick is to be commended
for his dedication and skill. It must also be difficult to make sense of
the various threads and make connections among them. A snip here, a
parenthetical comment there, indicate that he is in tune with what's going
on and has the interest to interject when it's appropriate.
This list has been an important source of learning for me, and without
Rick it wouldn't happen. I guess all I can say is,
Thanks, Rick.
And may you have a happy Christmas and a merry New Year, this year and always.
