I have done several on-line searches on the subject of learning
organizations and organizational learning, particularly as they relate to
ethics but have located little in the way of research or even conceptual
works. Besides Senge and Argyris, is there something there that I am
missing? Also, has anyone seen Argyris' new book? I am supposed to get a
copy from the publisher but have not as yet received it. Is there
anything really new there?
