By way of introduction, my name is Dan Barkley. At heart, I think of myself
as a businessman and entreprenuer. I have a diverse business background
crossing a number of industries and including line positions in marketing,
sales, and management. MY OD/MD experience extends over the last 18 years.

I have a wide array of interests in the business development, change
management, and OD/MD arenas but have a special interest in the role of
belief systems in shaping indivdual and organizational performance.

Nearly 10 years ago I founded Performance Dynamics, Inc., a New Jersey based
OE consulting and training firm. PDI has been successful in design and
facilitation of strategic planning, quality management and reengineering
efforts but our core competencies revolves around:

* organizational assessment
* development and implementation of strategies and tactics to accelerate
acceptance and implementation of change initiatives and
* customized training in interpersonal effectiveness, conflict resolution,
performance management and team development
* facilitation of team building

I look forward to the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the
emerging discussions of the list.
