Hi,

I first read Tom Boydell's work when he wrote a Monograph on "Experiential
Learning". It is a very good monograph summarising lots of concepts
relating to learning and offers his understanding on how experiential
learning can be fostered.

It is good to learb of his article in Training and Development. Thanks for
this information.
