RE Teaming literature --
Barry Mallis said,
>There is a tremendous amount of world class team work now throughout the
business world. Part of the work of many teams is a final step, reflection
on the process. In this step, a team considers what they can do to turn
the wheel of improvement another revolution, and what they can do to
forego mistakes and weaknesses uncovered in the just completed process.
I think there is a lot of effort in corporations -- more there than
anywhere else -- around teams and how to make them effective. I know of
only one book (High Performing Teams? From Harvard Press), and very little
useful literature.
I bet many companies have their own internal literature, but no process
and no incentive to publish it.
