I am getting way ahead of myself because there many more messages before
this one that I haven't read. How do we get people to take
responsibility? Give it to them! There are some other changes that are
necessary when this is done. For instance, people should not be punished
for making mistakes, unless they make the same one twice. The systems and
processes in place have to changed for people to really accept and desire
that responsibility!
