Groupware is an integral part of an organization becoming agile (ie:
capable of responding to unpredictable change rapidly and reliably). The
choice of the software depends on the operating characteristics of the
organization. The design of the data base depends on the mission of the
group. An interesting implementation would be to use a simulation to
determine the design criteria. If the group mission is to design products
simulate the process. Identify all of the control points and feedback
mechanisms, decide on your model (as a group) and build the thing.
