Michael raised in a friendly way the idea that it could have been hubris
that got me to put my own book in my list; before he put his book in his
list. I think his book belongs in my list too, but I was trying to give
the impression that I haven't read anything written in the last ten years
except my own book.
But the real reason for this message is to say that it would have been
hubris if I had put all my books on my list. I left some of them out
because I don't understand them.
