My agency has been involved in a change process for the last year by
creating a a new vision, mission ,and lastly strategies to reach our
vision and mission. Therefore, creating 9 implementation strategies one
of which is transforming into a learning organization.
We have just finished action plans to reach this goal an dhave not yet
implemnted our action plans.
One of the models that we like the most is the Center For Creative
Leadership's "Organizational Learning Cycle".
I am looking for feedback, suggestions and words of wisdom if you have
gone through this experience with your organization or agency.
