I, Martijn ten Ham, am an exchange grad student from The Netherlands in
Technonolgy and Human Affairs at the Washington University in St. Louis,
MO. Right now I am working on an independent research. My subject is How
can we determine whether an organization is (a bit of) a LO? As a matter
of fact, I am looking for measurement tools to find out to what degree an
organization reaches the ideal LO.
