I don't think that these thoughts are too far from reality. As
organizations rely more and more on brainpower, the HRM area is problably
already shfting gears to ready themselves to handle the "intake,
retention," development, and "disposal of knowledge." Of course, this is
for only those who get their house in order and understand that the
transformation taking place is part of the normal way of doing business
today.
