Wayne, could the pay for performance approach be perceived as exploitation
in the long run? I would say that it runs the risk of being perceived
that way as employees find themselves stuck in certain levels/areas of
performance, without too much room for improvement. This limitation in
the room for improvement could only be in the employees perception.
