Ah, the danger of offers of faxes!
I'm also new to the group, and would love to see your list of readings and
resources. My organization here in Seattle is on the verge of either
exploding into a new state of existence, or falling backwards into old
behaviors. Those of us who read and then translate our learning into
action can use all of the resources we can get!
