I agree with BJ in LO3254.
Skill level is not the determinant. We have primary, or dominant styles
and secondary attributes. While I may be a Communicator, I'm also capable
of being data-oriented from time to time. I contend that most of us are
like that.
In teams, best practice shows that forming a team and keeping members'
personal style in mind is helpful, especially in the forming and storming
stages.
