I assume you're speaking about the kinds of "power" most people think of
most of the time--id est power to best someone in some way, power to be
dominant over another or others (people) in some fashion.
The purveyors of other Paths tell us that while this power is as
fundamental as our animal beginnings, it can be overcome through easy
means like faith, hope and charity. I'm being silly, but you see what I
mean. Along with these other thinkers, I would like to believe so, too.
