Jack, if I didn't make it clear when I spoke *for* those tough and
paternalistic old guard let me do it now. Sometimes you have to fire
them. The old style won't continue to work in the new approaches.
These individuals must transform - recontextualise their whole
history and integrate it into action - or they must lose their
positions if the whole is to transform.
The dark side is very real. But then there's a dark side to
everything.
