integration that needs to occur in the fields of HRM that you mention - I
have for several years observed the turf that has emerged across
HR/.OD/TQM/Training functions - as they all struggle to become strategic
partners and all want to attach their work more closely to business goals
and outcomes, often without working to compliment/integrate and align.
Internal competition for resources and focus will continue to get in the
way of making progress to become LO's if these issues are not resolved
from a strategic systems perspective.
