Currently our agency, is working on a reorganization.

As a member of one of the reorganization teams I'd appreciate any comments
that LO members could provide on Art Kleiners msg, referenced below. My
concern is in defining/evaluating/retaining the value of the"corporate
memory" of smaller groups as they combine in new structures.
