I am a new user of the LO listing. I am a MBA student and took a modele on
systems thinking.
I found concept like VSM(Viable System Model) and SSM (Soft Systems
Methodologies), TSI (Total System Intervention) interesting.

I have read the respective books by Stafford Beer, Checkland and Flood. At
the moment I am reading Peter Sebge's "Fifth discipline". I like to hear
from anyone on their practical experience in business context as well as
their understanding and appreciation of such concepts in real
organisation.
